Michael Kokkinos
Director
With a background in real estate and private equity, Michael has held positions as CEO and Executive Director in businesses of all sizes across Australia. He established Launch in 1999, underpinned by strong business acumen and financial principles to ensure project success. Michael is responsible for the commercial vision and execution of all Launch projects.
Clare Walters
Operations
Over 20 years’ experience in the property industry sees Clare as a trusted and longstanding member of the Launch team. Backed by expertise in all aspects of development from acquisition through to settlement, Clare drives continuous process improvements to ensure the business runs as efficiently as possible.
Joanne Arbid
Marketing and Sales Director
With an advertising background, Joanne pursued a career in marketing before shifting to the property sphere as an expert sales director and consultant. She sets the conceptual and creative direction across all projects, ensuring Launch consistently expresses an uncompromising standard of quality.
Michelle Menelaws
Chief Financial Controller
Michelle brings over 15 years’ experience in finance and strategic development to the Launch team. As a chartered accountant, Michelle has a proven track record of tackling complex problems with efficient solutions, all in alignment with the Launch brand values.

George Konstas
George is a certified tax advisor and partner at Robert James Lawyers. As a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia, George tailors strategic advice and planning specific to the individual needs of his clients.
Simon Vinson
Simon brings more than 20 years’ experience in senior management roles across large organisations, such as Coles Myer Ltd, GE Capital and Onelink Transit Systems. He brings strategic and analytical direction to the Launch Advisory Board.
Marc Lunedei
With extensive knowledge of the construction industry, Marc is the Managing Director of MC Labour; a business he established in 1995. His subsidiary company, MC Building & Construction, is responsible for the delivery of several Launch projects.
Peter Carlei
Peter is a Founding Director of Russo Pellicano Carlei Solicitors: one of Australia’s most respected property and construction law firms. As a commercial property lawyer, Peter brings more than 20 years’ experience to the Launch Advisory Board, navigating each project from concept through to completion.
Greg Avdoulos
Greg is a Principal with KK Partners Group, where he draws on extensive expertise in taxation to see innovative solutions come to the fore. Specialising in research, planning and company structure, Greg brings high level strategic direction to the Launch Advisory Board.
Mark Hassall
Mark is the Director of MC Building: an award-winning, premium construction company founded in 2005. As a registered domestic and commercial builder, Mark brings technical know-how and expertise borne from over 16 years’ industry experience.
Chad Arbid
Chad is a specialist in project marketing, with more than 20 years’ real estate experience. As a Senior Director at CBRE, Chad has been instrumental in some of Melbourne’s most successful off-the-plan projects. He is the recipient of nine awards in recognition of his sales and marketing excellence.
Steve Danne
Steve is the CEO of OCVM Group, where his experience in project management, administration, finance and logistics come to the fore. Holding an REIV sub agents’ licence, Steve specialises in budget analysis and creation, cash flow projections and targets, business plans and proposals.
Chris Valcanas
Educated in civil engineering and business administration, Chris has held numerous on- and off-site management roles across his 24 years in the construction industry. He is currently a Director at Charter Keck Cramer, where he has specialised in the successful delivery of health and residential projects since 2005.
Graham Morrison
Graham is the Corporate Director of Bruce Henderson Architects Melbourne and Head of Projects at their Vietnam office. He is responsible for leading the firm’s design output, where his extensive knowledge of luxury developments, high rise and medium density design ensures a portfolio of architectural excellence.
Aaron Lee
With over 21 years’ design and marketing experience, Aaron is the Principal of Caramel Creative: a creative agency he founded in 2005. He leads the agency’s strategic direction and project execution, working closely with a diverse range of clients to tailor their business strategy, brand positioning, marketing and strategic communications.
